    We work with leaders across many sectors, and have a deep understanding of the demands of business. Our distinctive coaching process draws on our experiences and learning from business; and from the fields of counselling, psychotherapy, individual and group development, and change management.

    Recent coaching clients have included senior leaders from PwC, The Suzy Lamplugh Trust, PRS For Music, LifeArc, Babcock International, Beazley, RBS, the UN World Food Programme, HS2, VW Financial Services and Highways England. We have run team-based coaching interventions for, amongst others, the European Stability Mechanism and PwC.

    Director Phil Cox is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and is accredited in the use of various psychometric tools including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI Step I), FIRO-B, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode instrument and 360° feedback.
